As part of a loan application, we collect the information you provide (name, contact details, province, amount requested, source of income) as well as the Instant Bank Verification (IBV) data required to assess your repayment ability.
Your information is used only to process your application, administer your loan and meet our legal obligations. We never run a credit check and your application does not affect your credit score.
Your information is never sold or rented to third parties. It is shared only with the partners strictly necessary to process your application and complete the secure bank verification, who are themselves bound by confidentiality.
Your information is transmitted encrypted and stored securely, for as long as necessary to process your file and meet our legal obligations.
